About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager/Massage Therapist to join our team at YUYANG BRIGHT PTE. LTD. in the Jurong East West Region. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, as well as providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage the spa's operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience
Train and supervise the spa's massage therapists, ensuring consistent service delivery
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa's services and attract new clients
Maintain the spa's cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Collaborate with the management team to enhance the spa's offerings and improve customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Massage Therapist in the Massage and beauty services industry
Proven track record in leading and motivating a team of massage therapists
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a relaxing, personalized experience
Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A passion for the health and wellness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
