Agent Partnerships & Student Recruitment Manager (Education)
About the Role
A leading international education group in Singapore is looking to appoint an experienced Agent Partnerships & Student Recruitment Manager to support student recruitment growth across Singapore and selected international markets.
This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with education agents and recruitment partners to drive qualified student enquiries, applications, and enrolments. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach, strengthening partner engagement, and supporting enrolment growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and grow a strong network of education agents and recruitment partners across Singapore and overseas markets
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with student recruitment priorities and target markets
- Develop long-term relationships with existing agents to strengthen engagement and recruitment outcomes
- Drive student recruitment through agent partnerships and support the full enquiry-to-enrolment process
- Monitor and analyse partner performance across enquiries, applications, offers, and enrolments
- Organise and coordinate partner engagement initiatives including webinars, networking sessions, school presentations, recruitment events, and market visits
- Represent the organisation professionally at education fairs, partner meetings, and external recruitment activities locally and overseas
- Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure strong coordination and follow-up on recruitment opportunities
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation relating to partner engagement and recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, admissions procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, education partnerships, business development, or agent management within the education sector
- Strong understanding of international education markets and student recruitment through agent networks
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on enrolment outcomes and conversion
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple markets, projects, and partnerships effectively
- Experience within an international school or education group environment would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Asia recruitment markets and education partnerships would be beneficial
- Relationship-driven and commercially minded
- Professional, proactive, and confident in external engagements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Collaborative and solution-focused with strong follow-through
