Position: Bartender/Assistant Manager
Location: Baan KKY Restaurant, MBFC Tower 3, Singapore. 12 marina bvld 018982 #01-02
Salary: $4,000/month
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 11am to 10pm
About Us:Baan KKY is a Thai restaurant located in the iconic MBFC Tower 3, serving exquisite Thai cuisine and a wide range of drinks in a vibrant and contemporary setting. We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender/Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Bartender Duties:Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all tools and supplies are stocked and ready for service.
Provide exceptional customer service, offering recommendations and engaging with patrons.Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
- Assistant Manager Duties:Support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of customer care.
Assist in managing the staff, providing guidance and ensuring they are trained on service standards and procedures.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Help manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender and/or in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, and public holidays *if required.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
