Senior IT Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Network and Infrastructure Management
- Plan, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and firewall environments for the Singapore office and warehouses.
- Monitor network performance, optimize bandwidth usage, and ensure high availability and security of systems.
- Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) and align network policies with the headquarters IT team.
- Desktop and Endpoint Support
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure equipment usage complies with company IT policies.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, Office 365).
- Server Room Operations and Management
- Participate in the construction and deployment of server rooms in Singapore, including design, equipment installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure the physical and logical security of server room equipment, implementing monitoring, access control, and environmental alert systems.
- Manage servers and storage devices, and perform regular data backups and disaster recovery drills.
- System and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with the headquarters IT team and external vendors to ensure the stable operation of IT systems and equipment.
- Manage local IT procurement, equipment installation, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure IT operations comply with all information security and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the headquarters IT team on external client system integration projects.
- Continuous Improvement and Project Support
- Identify and drive improvements in IT operations processes to enhance service quality and response efficiency.
- Ensure the implementation of established IT operational standards.
- Participate in the deployment of new systems and tools, providing technical evaluation and solution support.
