Marketing Executive - Bukit Merah
Employment Type: Full-time (in office)
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Expected Monthly Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,300 (depending on experience and education).
We are seeking a well-rounded and results-driven Marketing Executive to implement marketing strategies for How I Care and have ownership over the promotion and sales of the How I Care Journal product. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys sharing the power of journaling with others, advocates for mental wellbeing and can build a strong connection with our audience.
You will be responsible for the implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies, in charge of managing all social platforms (inclusive of community engagement), with clear deliverables in sales growth and brand engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing- Manage and grow our presence for our brands on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring high engagement and growth of respective channels.
Community Management & Engagement:
- Build and maintain a vibrant journaling community, both online and offline.
- Host or support journal-related events, challenges and wellness campaigns.
- Encourage feedback and collect user stories to shape marketing direction.
- Content Creation
- Produce high-quality reels, infographics, photography and video content. Basic video editing skills are highly desirable.
- Create visually appealing content using Canva (Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus but not required).
- Support sourcing, development and promotion of branded merchandise and educational products.
- Develop and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture our audience while ensuring compelling and brand-aligned copy.
- Oversee marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
- Implement and optimise SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns to enhance online visibility.
- Plan and execute marketing activations such as pop-up events and school workshops.
- A marketing professional with a strong creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ideal personal interest in journaling and promoting wellbeing through reflective practices.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing and sales (preferably in wellness, education, or publishing sectors).
- Proven experience running successful digital and affiliate campaigns.
- Strong community engagement and communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong time and budget management skills.
- Highly creative with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Open to feedback and capable of following instructions effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Weekdays between 09:00 and 17:30 hours
- Able to travel within the region as per company’s requirements and plans.
