Sales Engineer (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunting new clients, Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Understand clients' IT needs and pain points to propose relevant solutions and services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in account management or sales and as engineer , preferably in the IT/system integration -industry.
• Able to communicate in English & Chinese (this is a must need to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking clients).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver against KPIs.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills need have:

• Experience in IT solutions industries.
• Familiarity with (Zoom, Cisco, Fortinet, PABX, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITIL or project management methodologies is a plus.
