Role Overview
WriteHaus Asia is looking for experienced and passionate MOE Registered Trainers to conduct media and communication-related training programmes across MOE schools and corporate environments.
Our programmes focus on areas such as podcasting, digital storytelling, content creation, branding, media literacy, and communication skills. Trainers will facilitate engaging, structured sessions that help participants develop creativity, confidence, and digital media competencies.
The trainer must be able to deliver programmes in a professional, structured, and engaging manner, aligned with both MOE standards and corporate training expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct training programmes for MOE schools (Primary & Secondary levels) as well as corporate clients.
- Facilitate learning sessions in areas such as:
- Podcasting and audio storytelling
- Digital media and content creation
- Branding and personal storytelling
- Media literacy and responsible digital usage
- Communication and presentation skills
- Deliver lessons based on programme frameworks and training materials provided by WriteHaus Asia.
- Lead interactive and experiential learning activities including workshops, discussions, and project-based tasks.
- Ensure effective classroom or workshop management during sessions.
- Work closely with programme coordinators and client stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on programme delivery and participant engagement where required.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- MOE Registered Instructor / Trainer (Active status).
- ACTA Certified (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment).
- Must have valid MOE registration and ACTA certification documents available and ready for verification.
- Experience conducting training, workshops, or enrichment programmes.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
- Podcasting / broadcasting
- Digital media production
- Content creation and social media
- Journalism or storytelling
- Video or audio production
- Media literacy education
- Corporate training or professional workshops
