Programme Lead, Tech Experiences & Expo

We’re looking for a hands-on Programme Lead to design and deliver a series of tech-driven experiences, culminating in a flagship expo and conference.

This role owns the full journey from intimate community activations and curated sessions to securing partners, sponsors, and collaborators, and ultimately delivering a high-impact, large-scale event that brings the tech ecosystem together.

You’ll operate at the intersection of content, partnerships, and execution, building momentum across each touchpoint and shaping a programme that is both commercially strong and culturally relevant.

• Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of the tech expo and conference
• Develop and execute the event strategy, positioning, and programme structure
• Drive exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship sales, and partnership development
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and key stakeholders
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, timelines, and contractual agreements
• Manage production planning, site build, and on-site execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and programming
• Ensure overall commercial performance, attendance targets, and delivery quality

Preferred Attributes:

• 5-7 years of experience in MICE, exhibitions, large-scale conferences, or event production
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale expos or flagship events
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in sponsorships and exhibitor sales
• Experience managing end-to-end event P&L
• Highly organised, resilient, and execution-driven
• Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
