Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and IT support, including configuring desktops for new hires, setting up share printers, troubleshooting software login issue etc.
To provide IT support and any administrative duties
Maintain and update office IT Assets inventory regularly
Manage file server permissions and user access rights provide Local, Router, Internet, PC and systems support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS .
Monitor incoming tickets received via the email
Assist in administration documentation
Maintain, update & monitor documents and database
To perform multiple tasks
Other ad hoc duty as assigned
With/without experience
Training provided

Advantage:

Knowledge of shipping documents flow and experience with SAP/MYOB add a plus
Able to start work immediately

Requirements

Knowledge and direct practical experience in Windows server, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc )
NITE/Diploma/fresh Degree in Information Technology
Able to commence work at short notice
5 Day work week
Working hours (9am-6pm)
