Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Scope of a Sales & Marketing Assistant：

• Source and research potential leads for catalogue mailing campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage catalogue mailing activities.
• Conduct telemarketing and customer follow-ups.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
• Assist in maintaining the company website (basic WordPress knowledge is an advantage).
• Support digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, GDN, and social media.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, discounts, and order processing.
• Liaise with suppliers and third-party contractors.
• Assist with showroom product arrangement and display.
• Support exhibition booth design and setup when required.
• Work closely with the Marketing Executive on daily marketing activities and projects.

• Respond to customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, and email.
• Assist in preparing quotations and providing basic product information.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team when required.

• Attend to visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing and documentation.
• Replenish pantry supplies and maintain a tidy office environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Relevant experience in Marketing, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, website management, or Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM) is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment..
