Loan Officer | $4k + VB + Comms | Licensed Money Lending - Toa Payoh

• Monthly Commission + Variable Bonus
• Alternate Saturdays
• Monday – Friday: 11:30am – 7:30pm, Saturdays: 12pm – 6pm
• Location: Chinatown

• Assist clients in understanding personal loan products, recommending suitable options, and providing clear information on terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
• Manage the loan application process, including documentation, credit assessments, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely approval, disbursement, and compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations.
• Build strong client relationships through communication, support, and prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Proactively generate leads, promote loan products, and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate loan records and collaborate with the Collections Manager on overdue payments, including site visits.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in the licensed moneylending sector.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s lending regulations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple loan applications.
• Candidates with their own client pipeline/network will have an added advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
