Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Platform Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our brand’s digital presence across social media and food delivery platforms, while supporting overall marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Visit outlets to take photos and videos of food, ambiance, and staff activities
- Edit photos and videos using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut
- Publish posts with engaging captions, promotions, and seasonal themes
- Run paid ad campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
- Manage and update listings on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo
- Design and update menus, banners, and promotional content
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and time-limited campaigns
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve results
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in social media marketing, F&B marketing, or digital content creation
- Strong photography and content editing skills
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) is a bonus
- Good eye for design and creative storytelling
- Able to travel to different outlets for photo/video shoots
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience with short-form video creation
