Role Overview
As a Strategy Senior Manager, you are a high-level architect of change. You operate at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, serving as a critical advisor to C-Suite executives and driving significant business development and practice growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Program Leadership: Oversee multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring integrated delivery across complex transformation programs.
- Business Development: Originate and lead sales opportunities; build a robust pipeline by identifying client pain points and architecting solutions.
- Trusted C-Suite Advisor: Build long-term relationships with senior executives (C-level), acting as their go-to partner for navigating disruption.
- Value Realization: Accountable for the "Value Case"—ensuring strategic designs translate into measurable P&L impact.
- Practice Building: Lead the development of new "offerings" or thought leadership that differentiates Accenture in the market.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or better.
- Extensive experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, with a clear history of promotion and business development success.
