Business Development Manager (Health Services) - Pasir Ris

My client is an up-and-coming health services company. They are currently looking for a strategic and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing their brand.

In this newly created position, you’ll shape and execute growth strategies, build strong community and corporate partnerships, and position their organization as a trusted health services provider.

Salary: Up to $8000 + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive business development plans to grow service offerings including therapy, assessments, telehealth, and corporate wellness.
• Set clear goals for client acquisition, revenue, and market reach.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities, hospitals, embassies, and corporate clients.
• Secure Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), training contracts, and wellness workshop opportunities.
• Represent the organization at key events and forums.
• Analyze Singapore’s health sector for trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership to shape offerings and pricing models.
• Support creation of bilingual marketing materials and content.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and track KPIs such as revenue, partnerships, and client growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally in healthcare, wellness, or services.
• Proven success in growing client bases and building sustainable partnerships.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English—spoken and written.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for health and community impact.
