Contract legal negotiator, bank (contract position)

Our client is a Bank looking to recruit a Contract Legal Negotiator for a 1-year contract.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, contracts, and documentation
• Support the business in the necessary documentation required for client onboarding
• Liaise with internal and global stakeholders to drive forward contract negotiations, as well as manage and coordinate the pipeline of active contract negotiations
• Maintain contract records and support contract lifecycle management processes

• Paralegal with minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking or capital markets
• Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, with an ability to manage complex issues under time pressure
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing deadlines, and communicate legal concepts clearly
• Team-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
