As a part-time Clinic Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our medical clinic and providing exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with the preparation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and general office tasks
- Ensuring the clinic maintains a clean, organised, and professional environment
- Engaging in customer service activities, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the clinical team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinic operations
- Proficiency in using computer software, such as scheduling and patient management systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is preferred, but not required
