An excellent Technical Sales Engineer opportunity has just arisen with a global software leader in enterprise monitoring solutions.
Job Purpose: Provide hands-on pre-sales and implementation support for enterprise monitoring and IT solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to demonstrate solution value.
- Install, configure, and optimize software for cloud, virtualization, and monitoring environments.
- Provide user training, post-sales support, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create technical reports showcasing system performance, value delivery, and business impact.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application monitoring, virtualization, or cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware, and monitoring or APM tools.
- Experience in pre-sales, implementation, or customer-facing consultancy roles.
- Familiar with IT service management or project delivery in enterprise settings.
- SG Government clearance eligibility to access highly sensitive government information.
