Summary

• Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
• Meeting with project teams, collecting metrics, status report consolidation and supporting project manager for periodic project governance
• Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has timely onboarding required consultants
• Assign tasks to team members and help them understand what is expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
• Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
• Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
• Perform administrative activities such as managing project invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other documents

• Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft skills and good critical thinking skills
• Matrix management skill, including working with ambiguity and across organization boundaries
• Excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage colleagues, along with a broad understanding of the businesses they support
• Experience working with external partners such as customers, and vendors in process improvement projects
• Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines under a fast-growing workplace
• Have Power BI experience will be added advantage
