Role Overview
The Full-Time Service Crew member is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. This role supports daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Handle cash, POS systems, and payments responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Support opening and closing duties
- Address customer enquiries and resolve issues politely
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Previous customer service or F&B experience preferred (training provided)
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to service quality
