Job Summary

Support data-driven decision-making across clinical departments by combining financial analysis with data analytics. This role works closely with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service performance within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Analyse service codes, pricing, and cost structures to improve efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations
Build data models and perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Support automation of reports and processes using analytics tools
Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Proficient in Excel (advanced), SQL, and/or Python
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
