Pharmacy Technician/ Pharmaceutical Technician

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound inventory, including receiving supplier deliveries, monitoring stock levels and expiry dates for replenishment, handling exchanges, and making inventory adjustments.
• Conduct monthly stock counts to identify and reconcile any variances.
• Learn and operate the inventory management system and related databases.
• Source therapeutic products, medical devices, and consumables from both local and international suppliers.
• Follow up on quotation requests from local and overseas clients.
• Prepare quotations by liaising with suppliers to obtain required details, developing pricing and markup tables, and submitting final quotations to customers.
• Process orders by preparing purchase orders for suppliers, issuing invoices and delivery orders to customers, and packing orders for dispatch.

Requirements:

• Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as pharmacy technician role in Pharmaceutical.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
