Our client is seeking a Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical) to join their team!

About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic engineering service provider with a strong presence across Asia, offering comprehensive after sales support for industrial equipment.

• Equipment Servicing & Maintenance — Carry out servicing, maintenance, and installation of equipment, machinery, and systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest technical standard.
• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling — Collect and monitor customer equipment performance data and coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance with customers to keep their operations running smoothly.
• Customer Liaison — Engage directly with customers to understand and address their requirements, bringing a positive and professional approach to every interaction.
• Project Coordination — Support the coordination of installation and training projects, planning deadlines and executing tasks in an organised and timely manner.
• Technical Problem Solving — Take the initiative to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, drawing on strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical knowledge.
• On-Call & Standby Support — Be available for on-call and standby duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting customers when it matters most.
• Housekeeping & Work Standards — Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times, reflecting a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks undertaken.

• Educational Background — A Professional Certificate, NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline provides a strong foundation for this role. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Technical Experience — Familiarity with FPI Cleaning Lines, high vacuum systems, heat treatment furnaces, or CNC/PLC control systems is highly regarded and will set candidates apart.
• Hands-On Technical Competency — A practical, hands-on individual with solid competency across electronics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems will thrive in this role.
• Independent & Problem-Solving Mindset — The ability to work independently and apply strong problem-solving skills in dynamic, real-world technical environments is essential.
• Technical Sales Awareness — Prior exposure to technical sales, particularly involving equipment, is highly desirable and would be a valuable asset in this customer-facing engineering role.

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri. 8:30am-6pm
• Office Location: Near to Ubi MRT / Macpherson MRT
• Salary: $3000 - $4000 + OT
