What you'll be doing?- Optimize Scheduling: Coordinate and optimize daily schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and service delivery.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, professionally handling inquiries and communications.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations for repair or replacement works, following up with customers for approval.
- Documentation: Prepare essential safety and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance and tracking.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of job confirmations and project milestones for reporting.
- Site Coordination: Arrange site entries and work permits, liaising with suppliers for parts availability.
- Customer Updates: Provide proactive updates to clients, resolving feedback or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
- Experience Required: At least 2-3 years' experience in ACMV Customer Service is essential.
- Education: Nitec/Diploma level and above.
