Join Us a PT Data Processing Executive (Marketing Support)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy individual to support our marketing team with high-quality data processing and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable insights and visual reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download, consolidate, and process reports from the company’s mobile application.
• Clean, structure, and transform raw data into usable formats (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting.
• Create formulas, tables, summaries, charts, and dashboards to present data clearly.
• Generate marketing and campaign reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data.
• Suggest improvements to reporting templates and methods.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc data requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in data processing, analytics, or reporting is a plus.
• On-site role, to commit every 1st of the month, either 3 full working days (8 hours each) or 5 half days (4 hours each)
