Job Scope:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless execution of business activities across the region.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and supporting account acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and business partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Track market trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather customer insights to inform sales strategies and regional business planning.
- Oversee inventory tracking and project coordination to ensure product availability aligns with project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Support monitoring of sales performance, project execution, and customer service standards; escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Ensure all regional operations adhere to company policies and standards, including pricing guidelines, branding, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Contribute to product launches, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Compile and deliver weekly reports to HQ, covering sales performance, inventory status, client feedback, and project updates.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and support ongoing performance monitoring.
- Candidate with 1-2 years’ B2B sales or business development experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with outdoor sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
