an international clientele. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our Director, ensuring seamless operations and superior client relationship management at our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Director’s schedule, prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to urgent and time-sensitive matters.
  • Coordinate and oversee a wide range of personal and professional administrative tasks, including appointment setting, document organization, and daily operational support.
  • Conduct independent data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and develop high-quality presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across internal departments, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
  • Support client engagement initiatives through proactive communication, documentation updates, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments and special projects with a high level of precision, discretion, and accountability.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline; a background in business support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a client support capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated expertise in professional document, report, and presentation creation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with sharp analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license is highly desirable, with occasional driving duties anticipated.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (business level) is essential for effective bilingual communication.
