Records Management & Administrative Support Executive - LXY

We are looking for a Records Management & Administrative Support Executive to support records administration, digitisation coordination, file tracking, and documentation quality checks in a structured office environment.

This role is suitable for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling records, tracking progress, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Work Location: West / Jurong area
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in listing and preparing detailed file scope information using standard templates
  • Support records appraisal and documentation work
  • Coordinate with external vendors on file digitisation activities
  • Track progress of digitisation work and ensure timelines are met
  • Perform quality checks on digitised documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Follow up on file disposition actions to ensure timely resolution and closure
  • Update and maintain file records in the file tracking system
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Prior experience in records management, document control, file tracking, or facilities / administrative support will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
