• Deliver Business Excellence and Sustainability strategy to support certifications, continuous improvement, and process re-engineering
• Facilitate business process and job redesign projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with teams to remove waste, streamline processes, and improve job design
• Use emerging technologies like AI to enhance automation and data analysis
• Map business processes to identify gaps and integrate improvement opportunities
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Change Management
• Lead improvement projects to boost productivity, cut costs, improve accuracy, and increase capacity
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management to support operational excellence
• Manage projects to identify and implement efficiency improvements and role redesign
• Support annual ISO certification exercises (e.g., Quality, Safety, BCM, Security, Anti-Bribery)
• Act as audit liaison, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure closure
• Conduct risk assessments with stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Plan and lead tabletop exercises to test incident response effectiveness
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics or Lean Manufacturing with hands-on process improvement work
• ISO Internal Auditor certification required; Lead Auditor preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage
