We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join the food safety and quality assurance team at a leading global healthcare manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet stringent food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in a GMP-compliant environment.

• Responsibilities
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to food safety protocols and GMP requirements
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for food safety deviations
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to hygiene, sanitation, and contamination control
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments within production areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on validation, documentation, and process improvements
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits related to food safety compliance

• Degree in Food Science, Chemical/Process Engineering, or relevant discipline
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in food, pharmaceutical, or healthcare manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or other food safety standards is essential
• Experience with validation, process control, or root cause analysis is preferred
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night)
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
