Business Analyst - Toa Payoh

Salary: up to S$5,000/month

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategy projects and manage budget, billing, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, preferably in business strategy or consulting, along with a solid understanding of finance processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst (70-80% of work): Collaborate with the IoT growth and strategy team to lead projects (including some B2B work), create presentation materials, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis. You will report directly to the team lead.
• Finance Function (20-30% of work): Support budget tracking, payment processing, invoicing, and other finance-related tasks.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• At Least 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of precision.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or finance.
• Background in managing finance and procurement processes.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Prior experience in B2B projects or working with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with IoT market trends and technologies.
