Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers' order enquiries via calls and emails
  • Prepare sales quotations in multi-currencies for regional clients for product pricing information
  • Responsible for end-to-end order processing and order fulfilment activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional regional team in fulfilling customers order promptly
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure sufficient inventory level to fulfill customer orders
  • Arrangement and coordination of import/export and customs-related processes for regional clients
  • Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a regional sales support role, preferably with experience in import/ export or international shipment procedure
  • Working knowledge in incoterms and international shipment regulations
