Join our Community Team and be the face of our centre, creating a warm and professional experience for all members, visitors, and guests.

Supporting the Community team, this role will have to:

  1. Welcome JustCo members and guests with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  2. Deliver exceptional front desk service by handling enquiries and requests via walk-ins, phone, and email
  3. Support member onboarding and offboarding experiences, including studio setup and reinstatement coordination
  4. Assist in daily centre operations to ensure a smooth, clean, and enjoyable working environment
  5. Follow SOPs to complete basic administrative and operational tasks accurately
  6. Support JustCo community events, engagement activities, and centre initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel front office, or customer service roles preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong service mindset and “can-do” attitude are welcome to apply
  • Good spoken English; proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, energetic, and enjoys interacting with people
  • A strong team player who is also able to work independently when needed
