Assistant Vice President, Asset Management (CCAM)

Position Overview

Clifford Capital Asset Management (“CCAM”) is seeking an energetic and resourceful Assistant Vice President to provide support in investment transaction diligence and execution of infrastructure credit opportunities across one or more of our credit strategies. You will have the opportunity to work on both primary and secondary transactions. Working with senior members of the CCAM Investment team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Evaluation of financing opportunities to determine suitability for financing
• Build or review financial models and performance of cash flow sensitivities
• Preparation of investment committee (“IC”) memos to seek approval for proposed financing commitments
• Conduct detailed due diligence and research to support the risk analysis and determine acceptability of proposed risk mitigation
• Preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials including for the purpose of capital formation
• Perform risk analysis (credit, market, liquidity) and stress testing of individual investments and portfolios
• Provide ongoing asset and portfolio monitoring including valuation analysis
• Work with Client Coverage Group (CCG), Markets and Investor Services (MIS) as well as other Functions in the Company as appropriate for all ancillary activities in support of the investing business, such as KYC, risk analysis, funding arrangements, monthly financial forecasts etc.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

• Up to 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial modelling capability
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
• Self-starter and effective team player
