Architectural & Interior Designer

We are looking for an Architectural & Interior Designer with over 2 years of experience who is skilled in concept design, drafting, and 3D visualization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong spatial and aesthetic sensibilities, and is capable of supporting projects from concept development to technical design.

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing design proposals, including space planning, mood boards, and material palettes
• Produce 2D drawings, construction details, and design documentation using AutoCAD
• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for presentations and client approvals
• Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved
• Participate in client meetings, prepare presentations, and support design discussions
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues
• Research materials, finishes, and innovative design solutions relevant to project needs

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural or interior design within Singapore
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max/Rhino, and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent)
• Strong design sensitivity and understanding of spatial composition
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and detailing (experience with design-and-build workflow is a plus)
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and attention to detail
