Social Work Associate (Youth)

About Youth Department:

We work closely with partners such as MSF, Police, secondary and tertiary schools, youth organisations, and parents, to provide both educational and counselling services for at-risk youths.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and operational support to the YouthGO! Programme which includes data entry, minutes taking, handle requests and queries, organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining centre day-to-day operations and centre maintenance.
• Liaise with partners and stakeholders on corporate services, finance, facilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Social Work or any diploma but pursuing Social Work degree
• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience within the social service sector
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good attitude and able to work in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work with tight timeline
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
