Objective of this role:

• Maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Simplified):

• Assist in handling full sets of accounts for the Salon/Clinic.
• Manage daily cash operations and petty cash.
• Process expenses, staff reimbursements, payments, and claims.
• Prepare accurate sales and financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain stock records and reconcile inter‑company accounts.
• Assist with journal postings and financial schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and tax agents on reporting matters.
• Perform other tasks/ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Preferably proficient in Microsoft Excel, Plato, and Xero.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑cultural business environment.
• Preferably able to start immediately.
