We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Clerk to join our team. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing processes, maintaining records, and data entry work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices for services and products provided.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and payments.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as needed.
- Review and verify billing data.
- Additional administrative tasks related to billing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with billing software is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Standard office hours
