Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our tuition centre as a Customer Relations (Front Desk) representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

The Customer Relations (Front Desk) role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors as they enter and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant information
  • Assist with enrolment process, including completing registration forms, explaining tuition policies, and collecting necessary documentation
  • Schedule appointments for students and parents to meet with teachers or staffs as needed
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns effectively
  • Collect tuition fees and ensure accurate recording of payments
  • Manage, maintain and update student records, administrative documents and centre-related supplies
  • Record all math questions in the system
  • Assist in marketing activities, such as distributing flyers, promoting special events, and collecting feedback from students and parents
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, addressing and resolving issues to the best of your ability, and escalating as necessary
  • Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing and organising office supplies
  • Inspect tuition centre and office regularly and report any non-compliance and support essential maintenance of facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required
  • Administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE O’ Levels
  • No experience required, training will be provided
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment, able to multi-task and meticulous, strong under pressure, detail-oriented, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.
  • 44 hours per week, able to commit weekdays (inc. evenings) & weekends
