Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our Trading Card Game (TCG)

sales and distribution operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sales administration, customer support, inventory coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth day-to-day operations between the company, retailers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
  • Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and product availability.
  • Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Min Higher Nitec in in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with little or no work experience are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Experience and passion in the Trading Card Game, hobby, gaming, or distribution industry is an advantage.
