Manage accounts payable and account receivable
- Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule, bank reconciliation, account supporting schedules and internal control reports
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers
- Carry out month-end closing activities
- Other administrative support as assigned – Chasing payment
- Quickbook online knowledge add advance
- Min. 2-year relevant experience
- Strong financial competency, analysis and problem solving skills
- Proactive, hands – on, resourceful and with an eye for details and accuracy
- Able to work in a fast – paced environment, meticulous and adhere to tight deadlines
- Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
- Resilience, resourceful and goal oriented
- Able to work independently
