Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, journal entries)
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Prepare invoices and track payments
• Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
• Handle tax filings and compliance (e.g., VAT, GST, income tax, etc.).
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Candidates with AP/AR/Full Set from Business/Finance/Accounting or other related background are welcome to apply.
