• As Finance Manager, you will lead full-spectrum financial management, reporting, compliancem and strategic planning - driving governance, business performance and growth across aviation and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) initiatives.

• Lead full-spectrum Financial Management & Reporting including monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reporting.
• Drive Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis to support business performance and strategic planning.
• Oversee Cash Flow Management & Working Capital Optimization to ensure financial stability.
• Manage AP, AR & Payroll Functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial governance.
• Develop Financial Models, ROI Analysis & Feasibility Studies for expansion projects (infrastructure, SAF trading, hangar development).
• Support Capex Planning, Funding Strategies & Investor Reporting for growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, Tax Regulations, Audit & Internal Controls, strengthening risk management frameworks.
• Drive Cost Control & Operational Finance, improving cost efficiency across business units.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR & Procurement to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a high-performance, accountable finance function.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional certification preferred (CPA / ACCA / CA).
• 8 years' Finance Experience in aviation, infrastructure, logistics, hospitality, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Compliance & Regulatory Requirements.
• Proficient in Accounting Systems & Advanced Excel, with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven Leadership, Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management skills in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
