About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Yizeta Pte Ltd. As a Project/Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Lead and manage a small team of project engineers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Oversee site coordination, execution, and inspections, including managing subcontractor activities.
- Lead technical presentations to clients
- Monitor and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), including the evaluation of technical specifications, cost-performance analysis, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee and maintain project cash flow.
- Attend site meetings and project coordination for on-site technical and engineering issues.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise project processes, products, and operational costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience in Process/Automation Control and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Project is essential; experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit is an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Tasks oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
