Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Manager

to manage subcon companies and General Affairs & HR related works for internal management of the company.

This position will primarily be responsible for the following duties. and other duties may change depending on the situation.
  1. Subcon Management
  • This position will be responsible for managing subcontractors that manage
Cleaning, Waste Treatment and Medical Facilities (FAD Room).
  • This role will be to check and instruct the work status of each company based on customer feedback,
and to organize and report work details.
  1. Reporting & Compliance
  • You must prepare and report the work results for each task, and prepare and manage other necessary
documents (SOP, Ohters) required for performing the task.
  1. Administration Work
  • This position is responsible for

the company's general administrative work (such as purchasing and managing office supplies) and

human resources management work (such as payroll calculations, attendance management, and contract

management).
  • Other duties may change depending on the situation.

Required Competencies and Skills

As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leadership and Team Management
  • Ability to manage vendors to improve the work performance of each.
  1. Communication and Collaboration
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally,
and to solve problems through efficient collaboration.
  1. Proficiency in Office Applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and
strong document creation and management skills.
  1. Diligence and responsibility
  • You must be responsible for your assigned work and be able to strictly adhere to working hours.
Requried Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven manager experience. (Preferred experience in Facility Maintenance field)
  • Minimum 2 years of experince in HR work (Payroll, Attendance management, contract management, etc)
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
