Job Scope

Proficient in leading, overseeing, and inspiring a team comprising operators and handlers.
Collaborate in the workforce planning and allocation within the department.
Guarantee the successful execution of production process procedures.
Foster streamlined and effective communication both within and between departments.
Contribute to maintaining the seamless operation of the department during assigned shifts.
Investigate and resolve quality issues arising from production processes.
Instruct operators in production procedures to ensure their efficient and safe performance.

Requirement

At least a Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as industrial management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Production/ Manufacturing Supervisor from any industry is welcome to apply! Training will be provided
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively, with a track record of achieving production targets through team collaboration.

Other Information

Salary : Up to $3400
Working Days : Mon - Fri
