Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize onboarding to drive integration, engagement, and early productivity
- Develop career frameworks, enable internal mobility, and support succession planning
- Partner with leaders on growth pathways and coach managers on development conversations
- Deliver L&D strategies, manage training programs/vendors, and track effectiveness
- Lead HR projects and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and processes
- Build HR dashboards, analyze data, and present insights to support decision-making
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide HR policy guidance and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle ad hoc HR responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; HR certification a plus
- 5+ years’ HR experience across onboarding, L&D, and talent development
- Built career frameworks, competency models, or L&D programs from scratch
- Led HR projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
