The Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Bilingual Marketing Manager to be the engine of our growth. Your primary mission is to generate high-quality leads and strengthen our brand authority through data-driven and resource-efficient marketing strategies.

You will leverage our strong client base and deep industry expertise to drive revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns specifically designed to generate and nurture sales leads.
  • Manage the lead pipeline, working closely with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Implement targeted email/WhatsApp/WeChat marketing and automation sequences to cross-sell and up-sell to our existing 2,000+ client base.
  1. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
  • Create and share high-value, educational content in both English and Chinese that addresses client pain points and generates inquiries.
  • Develop and manage our social media strategy and presence across Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to build community and generate leads.
  • Optimize our website and digital content for SEO to attract organic traffic.
  1. Event Management:
  • Plan, organize, and execute client appreciation seminars, industry workshops, and partner events to generate leads, enhance client relationships, and promote our services.
  1. Analytics, Reporting & PR:
  • Provide regular marketing and sales analytics, reporting on campaign ROI, lead generation performance, and sales pipeline contribution to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage occasional press release distribution and media relations to enhance brand visibility and authority.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Fully proficient in both professional English and Chinese (Mandarin) are mandatory for content creation and client engagement.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B lead generation.
  • A data-driven and results-oriented professional, skilled in providing marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Strong practical experience in managing Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram for business purposes.
  • A creative, pragmatic, and proactive self-starter who thrives on achieving measurable growth.

Essential Academic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. Fields of study that are particularly relevant include Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and etc.
