Our client is a local leading player in Real Estate Industry, well-known for its diverse portfolio of properties and sustainable urban solutions. They are currently looking for several Retail Leasing, Assistant Manager due to team expansion. They are located at Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Retail Leasing, Assistant Manager:

Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline
Min 2 years of commercial leasing experience
Good communication and negotiation skills
