Toa Payoh - Building & Facilities Technician (Maintenance)

Basic $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + VB
Working location: Ubi
Working days: 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 9.00am - 1.00pm

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance checks on facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
Coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise vendors and contractors during renovations and maintenance work to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective execution.
Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in technical areas such as AHU and switch rooms.
Carry out basic hands-on repairs in plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and general building works.
Conduct simple fault-finding for telephone line issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be an added advantage
