Executive, Talent Acquisition - Bukit Merah

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage the whole recruitment process from pre-screening of CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, and making offers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Resourceful and have initiative to develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates with growth potentials and recommend new channels for sourcing suitably qualified candidates
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across various platforms to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in hiring
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Handle ad hoc projects and any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologies
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in a competitive market
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to work fast and independently
  • Good knowledge of the local labour regulations
  • Understanding of data analytics to measure recruitment success and areas for improvement, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a positive mindset
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
